To ensure the best experience for all clients, please review the following before scheduling your appointment:

✔ Identification Required
All clients must present a valid, government-issued photo ID (Driver’s License, State ID, or Passport).

✔ Previous Cosmetic Work? Book a Consultation First
If you’ve had previous permanent makeup (from any artist), a consultation is required before scheduling a new service or color correction.
Consultations can be held virtually or in person. A $50 non-refundable fee is required and will be applied toward your service.
Your appointment will be booked at the end of your consultation.

✔ Cancellation Policy
We require at least 72 hours of notice to cancel or reschedule any permanent cosmetic appointment. Canceling or rescheduling without a 72 hour notice will require an additional deposit to rebook. Clients that no call or no show an appointment will not be able to rebook.

✔ Right to Refuse Service
Our team reserves the right to refuse service to any client at our discretion.
